Enjoy a drink with your friends at Gin Parlour at The Clifford Pier after work with a G&T while admiring our beautiful Singapore’s city skyline.
Overall, the Clifford Pier Heritage Dim Sum Brunch was of decent quality with some delicious items, but the main highlight for me was the wonderful ambience and great service.
The Clifford Pier is a beautiful space to enjoy local delights and dim sum, and is definitely a cosy spot to catch up with friends or gather with your family.
The Nyonya Chap Chai, a vegetable medley of braised cabbage with glass noodle, mushroom, dried shrimp in taucheo gravy, is another Peranakan dish not to be missed.
Chef Chia’s efforts in representing all-time Peranakan delicacies with his Snow Ko Swee is much lauded.
For mains, give the Babi Tohay (braised pork belly in red rice yeast with lemongrass, shallots and garlic. $30 a la carte, available on set menus) a try.
But the highlight of Clifford Pier is the al fresco desk which is one of the best places to view not only the Marina Bay skyline but the National Day Parade fireworks happening just across the bay.
The Clifford Pier is in a league of its own. That's in terms of heritage value as well as ambiance.
