The steak done just right with its natural juices was heartily enjoyed with the accompanying hummus, tzatziki, potatoes, corn, housemade pita, truffle mushroom cappuccino, sauces, and mix salad.

Meat-free option would include the Cauliflower Steaks, a popular but uncommon vegan dish in Penang. Paprika-seasoned roasted Cauliflower Steaks served with Quinoa and home-made Olive-Tomato condiments.
