        The Salmon Egg Benedict here is one of their signatures where the salmon slices are fresh and the homemade hollandaise sauce blended in well with all the ingredients. As for the dessert, what's impressed me are the Matchamiso which is rare and unique and also the Matcha Lava Cake that made the impression for coming back again.
