Their Hainanese Pork Chop is one of the latest release in Ante where one can now enjoy the premium pork that is topped with the sweet and yet sourish blend of tomato base sauce. They are absolutely a must to try where the portion comes pretty generous and the meat is tender and juicy. Yummz!
In conjunction with Merdeka, ANTE is launching a special Nasi Kerabu Pork Rendang available in both Publika and 1 Utama outlets. This month long promotional dish is available only from the 1st of August to the 31st of August 2018 at RM23.90.
Reasons to visit Ante Publika: the cooking is progressive and the ante is always being upped. Although the menu is evolving to include healthy options, seafood, and chicken; the pork is still king. Faves of the day and must-haves include Iberico Baby Ribs, Pork Terrine and Crispy Skin Miso Pork Belly.
Moving on, we sampled the Curry Char Siu Pasta (RM35), something unique and interesting which we have never came across. The curry was rich in flavour and it blended well to the pasta so much so that every bite was as tasteful as the last. The slices of house made Char Siu were tender and flavoursome, the melted eggplant added a soft touch to complete the whole meal together.
As many knows about the porklicious restaurant in town, ANTE is being nominated as one of the Best Places for Meat in 2014 and the winners in 2015 for Time Out KL. Not just that,they had been in the long list of winners for their porklicious meals and restaurant to go from the online media to traditional media such as The Star and Edge as well to name a few.
