2019年4月13日 埼玉県の飯能市にある天覧山と多峯主山に行ってきました。標高はそれぞれ197mと271mです。アクセス良し、手軽さ良し、展望良し、意外と自然が溢れていると人気のハイキングコースです。

秩父・芦ヶ久保の氷柱と丸山〜日向山登山に行ってきました。寒い冬のおかげで氷柱は例年以上に成長していたようで、あたり一面に広がる氷の造形が美しく迫力満点でした。近くの丸山〜日向山で登山を楽しんでから武甲温泉へ下山。雪山登山に温泉と秩父ハイキングを楽しめた1日でした。

埼玉県の大高取山おおたかとりやま・越生梅林おごせばいりんに行ってきました。標高は376mです。 「越生おごせ町」は、埼玉県西部にある人口1万人の小さな町です。越生梅林は関東三大梅林の一つで、1350年ごろから梅の木が植えられ、歴史のある梅林です。

埼玉県寄居の鉢形城公園（鉢形城址）にある天然記念物、氏邦桜（エドヒガン）を見に行ってきました。 ちょうど満開を迎えていて、見上げるほどの大木に咲く桜がとても綺麗でした。

埼玉県・奥武蔵の関八州見晴台へ日帰り登山に行ってきました。 ここのお勧めは4月の春の季節。山頂付近にツツジの群生があって、満開の時期に訪れると登山道を真っ赤に染めるツツジロードが出来上がります。

埼玉県の伊豆ヶ岳へ日帰り登山に行ってきました。 電車を使って正丸駅から吾野駅までを縦走。紅葉がピークを迎えていて山頂付近が凄まじい色づきでした。例年、11月下旬ごろがおすすめのようです。

2022年4月10日 埼玉県の物見山と日和田山に行ってきました。標高はそれぞれ375m、305mです。 西武線の沿線にある里山で、アクセスが良く、歩きやすいので、「初心者向けの山」としてよく紹介されています。物見山の山頂は展望はありませんが、日和田山は都心方面の大展望が開けます。
