10月に北アルプスの穂高岳山荘に宿泊して涸沢岳からのご来光と涸沢の紅葉を見に行ってきました。
北アルプスの涸沢へ紅葉を見に行ってきました。
北アルプスの涸沢。秋の季節は日本一の紅葉が見れる場所と言われており、穂高連峰の岩稜と合わせて壮大な世界が広がっています。上高地からのトレッキングルートもよく整備されており、テントや山小屋で1泊すれば奥穂高岳や北穂高岳登山も合わせて楽しめます。
9月の連休に北アルプスの乗鞍岳に登ってきました。登りはバスを使わずに三本滝ルートで。標高差1000m以上ありますが、滝や紅葉、稜線、雲海、美しい火山湖など、見どころ豊富で大いに楽しめた日帰り登山でした。下山後の白骨温泉（公共野天風呂）も気持ち良かったです。
