Each bath tub is only comfortable for 1 person to soak his whole body in it. It becomes crowded for 2 and nearly impossible for 3. There are 2 valves connected to each tub to control the temperatre of the water. The green valves control cold water and the red controls hot water from the natural hot spring. Here comes the question, how long do you have to wait for the bath tub to be filled with warm water? The answer is 2 hours. Yes, you need to wait for at least 2 hours to have a tub filled with warm water and the wait gets longer for warmer water.

Waktu kitorang sampai tu tak ramai sangat orang kat situ. Setiap seorang boleh masuk selama 15 minit sahaja, tak boleh berlama-lama. Banyak betul ikan kat situ, tak pasti pulak jenis ikan apa. Dah la saiznya besar-besar. Kita tak baling makanan pun ikan-ikan dah penuh, lagi pulak kalau kita bagi makanan. Laju aje ikan-ikan tu datang nak dapatkan makanan.
The place for local picnic and camping, and most rent a tent due to the heat. The water current is pretty strong, probably due to rain the day before. The heat is scorching hot at 11am.

Located between Kundasang town and Mesilou, Sosodikon Hill is a very easy, beautiful hill to climb. Yet, the view on the top is marvelous. You can enjoy the hilly villages view like it’s a different world. If you’re lucky, you’ll get to witness an unobstructed view of Mount Kinabalu when there’s no cloud around.
Sosodikon Hill should definitely be included in your itinerary for your day in Kundasang. The only instance I would not recommend going is if it’s pouring rain. Even on a cloudy day, we were still able to see low hills far in the distance from the platform. On a clear sunny day when the mount is in full view, it makes for a really beautiful picture.
The road to place is very bumpy. It is about 15 minutes hike to the platform. It could be very hot during noon, with a tiny place to hide from the sun, and a toilet as well. The place does offer a..
Sampai ofis kena isi borang maklumat diri dan buat pembayaran. Settle bayaran, kami naik semua tu hilux dan bergerak ke starting point Maragang Hill.
There were two trail options. The most common one is the normal trail (hike 1.31km to the top and going back down via the same route). Another option is the loop trail, where you hike up the same route as the normal trail, but going down through another longer, steeper and more challenging 2.03km trail. I went for the normal trail and it was pretty easy. A casual speed would take around 1.5 hours. According to my guide, the loop trail is more challenging but for frequent hikers, it still falls under easy/moderate difficulty.

Despite the place being insta-worthy… the food could be better. The service was slow, the portions were small, and it’s rather pricey considering the small portion. They charge KL cafe prices for smaller portions than in KL. I tried their Hawaiian Pizza for RM18.90, and it was disappointing. It had very little toppings, though they were quite generous with the cheese.

The third trip of my visit to Sipadan is really fruitful especially we get to chase dolphins when we are on the way to Sipadan Islands. There were a total of 6 of them and I am able to capture for of them in my video below. It was truly an awesome experience nonetheless. I will definitely be back again until the day I couldn't dive anymore.
For hardcore divers, the number of sites capable of inspiring that rare one-in-a-lifetime thrill is fast shrinking. Overfishing, pollution, coral bleaching and seabed dredging have all contributed to the slow ruin of many of what were once the world’s top dive destinations. Near the top of the list of remaining global greats is Malaysia’s Sipadan Island. A contender on any dive publication's list of the "world's best dives," Sipadan lies 35 kilometers off the coast of Sabah, in Malaysian Borneo.
The complete guide to diving Sipadan Island - including the best times of year see Hammerhead sharks, Manta Rays, Turtles and other Marine life. An easy way to plan your dive trip.
Filipino market located at the central of Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. It overlooks the ocean is commonly known as Pasar Besar (Central Market), Pasar Filipino is placed with fish, fruits, vegetables, and also handicrafts. This market made up of hundreds of tiny stores, is undoubtedly the best place to shop for souvenirs, seafood, and street food. The price of the seafood here is unbelievably reasonably affordable. With RM50 you can eat and shop until you drop.
Grouper fish was fresh and the natural aromatic taste was fully preserved with the natural steam. Scallops cooked in kam heong style and ginger clams were delicious too.

Among all the islands near to Kota Kinabalu City (KK), Sapi Island (Pulau Sapi) wins the most votes as the favorite of tourists. Not only it offers more nature experience, the new activities such as Coral Flyer (longest island to island zipline in the world) make this little island more exciting.

With its peak soaring up to 4095.2 meters above sea level, Mount Kinabalu is the most iconic representation of Sabah, and definitely the renowned mountain across the country. While it is considered as challenging, the ever popular Mount Kinabalu is one of the very conquerable peaks in the world.

A visit to the Kundasang War Memorial fits nicely with a Kundasang day trip. I don’t think it’s a must-see like Sosodikon Hill, though. The gardens and the state of the toilets could be a lot better. Even if you find the war stuff too depressing, the view of Mount Kinabalu from the terrace could be worth it if you want a convenient viewing spot close to town.
The market is in the heart of downtown Kota Kinabalu so most tourists will be hanging out nearby. While the market may not have many items of interest for tourists, it is a great place to soak up the local culture and experience a traditional Sabahan market. If it’s inconvenient to be in the area on a Sunday morning, you can safely skip the Gaya Street Sunday Market. Most likely, you won’t buy anything and it’ll take you less than an hour to see all the stalls.
