From Toro, Chu Toro, Salmon, Amaebi, Hotate, Tako, Uni, Ikura, Yellow Tail, Omelette, Flounder, Sea Bream, Salmon Roe, Salmon Belly and Fried Tofu Skin, try them all and discover your favourite sushi in Ebisu.
Ebisu @ Pavilion Hotel Kuala LumpurThe Steamed Egg Custard comes superbly delicious. The Steamed Egg Custard is perfectly steamed till perfection with the crab sauce. The “Ebisu Chawanmushi” comes amazingly good, especially with the ikura. It is prepared with mirin, shitake, mushroom, soy sauce, dashi and assorted seafood. The lovely ikura and the crab sauce brings up the overall taste of the chawanmushi and it melts in the mouth texture comes simply indulging.
EBISU @ PAVILION HOTEL KUALA LUMPUR Bukit BintangWe were then served with a grilled item which the Chef has chosen to serve us a Teppanyaki dish. The name of the dish is Teppanyaki Grilled Salmon.
The fish is lightly pan-fried on the teppan while the fish skin is deep fried. The only slight drawback for my personal taste is that the fish was slightly overcooked thus resulting in a quite dry and not juicy enough to my liking while the fish skin was under-fried as it's not crispy with a chewy texture to it instead.
