Verdict: All thing considered, we enjoyed our lunch at Papasan Canteen. Affordable price range, delicious food with good portion, definitely something I look forward to have it again if I’m in the territory.
All five prawns are fresh and succulent. The XO radish cakes are flavourful and just salty enough so it tastes delicious!
On plate perfect for sharing was the mouthwatering Spanish Garlic Prawn (RM 28), a humble dish comprises of Pomace Olive Oil, Tiger Prawn, Garlic and Chili. The unpretentious tapas I would say is ever- delicioso! I mean who would say no to Tapas?
The Chicken Hamburg is basically 2 pieces of thick chicken patty, similar to a burger patty except thicker. It is tossed in thick flavorful and somewhat spicy tomato gravy, sprinkled with onions and mushroom. Just munching on the hamburgs alone filled me up. Why? There were two of it and when eaten with the rice and egg, it can keep you going for the rest of the day. I liked it, it was delicious.
看完menu会发现,他们的食物偏日式fusion的感觉 很对我的胃,我喜欢这种轻日食的食物
Papasan Canteen
Overall is a great place to meet up with buddies !!
Seafood Fried Udon, 18 ringgit. The Udon was again, something different. If you want a dish that has a mix of everything – give this a go. Yummy thick noodles cooked with teriyaki sauce, with eggs, squids, clams, bonito flakes and green pepper. I cant really pin it down to one of two specific flavors because it was a mix of many thing. There was a lot of things on that plate but it all complimented each other well and made a wholesome, yummy satisfying filling dish.
