The Steamed Scallop with Baby Abalone Dumplings, a luxurious one indeed, filled the taste sense with a pleasure of satisfaction. Thin crystal skin encasing sweet cubes of scallop, prawn and crowned with baby abalone for extra lux elevated dim sum dining to the finest.
The Stir fried noodles with shredded chicken in supreme soy sauce was definitely slurp worthy.. it had the smoky wok hei aroma and was flavorful. We polished off the whole plate easily!

We were invited to Le Mei just before Christmas to sample some of their dishes from their CNY menu, specially handpicked by Chef Michael. Start your meal with the customary yee sang, or "lo hei" - we had the Four Seasons Prosperity Yee Sang, which consists of four types of seafood, namely butterfish, salmon, tuna and jellyfish, topped with crispy shredded treasures and a blackcurrant-plum dressing. Guests can also choose from specially plated sets, priced from RM110 nett onwards, with toppings such as salmon, Canadian surf clam, lobster, or vegetarian options such as snow pear, Fuji apple or persimmon.

Black Truffle Shanghai Mini Dumplings, Steamed Scallop with Baby Abalone Dumplings and Chicken & Shrimp Dumplings with Mushrooms (RM62) are some of the steamed dim sums to check out. Bite into a soupy Shanghai mini dumpling enhanced with highly prized and aromatic black truffle, the soup is exquisitely delicious as well as the filling. The crystal skin steamed scallop and abalone dumpling has delicious bouncy textures as well as spot on flavours. The chicken & shrimp dumpling or Siew Mai is also sufficiently satisfying in terms of flavours and textures too.
