Flat White was good, less milk and more coffee taste. Flat White @ RM 12
The Grilled Juicy Chilli Boneless Chicken was delicious. You’d get two large strips/slices of boneless grilled chicken, topped with chilli/tomato puree? I am not too sure about the puree, it provided plenty of flavor and heat but not to an extent that is overwhelmingly hot that it sets your tongue burning. The chicken were grilled perfectly – retaining the tender and juicyness. I enjoyed every bite of it. The dish also comes with a side of crushed avocado salsa, salad and caramelized lemon. Overall, a satisfying dish although I cant comprehend the fact that this dish cost me almost 40 ringgit. Hmmm.
The dining area occupying a large space with different seating arrangement.
Verdict: Food prices are on higher side and definitely not a regular casual outing place. To be honest, the food we had was just decent but did not mind-blowing, we’ve had a better brunch session elsewhere.
Recently, I have been visiting all-day-breakfast places such as Wild Honey and Ra-Ft so when I read of another highly recommended breakfast and coffee eatery, I went there to try out the food with my 3 friends at 8 in the morning.
Reasons to visit: EXCELLENT coffee; a fun high tea; large portions; good variety of both decadent and healthy food options on the menu.
Common Man Coffee Roasters an establish brand in Singapore finally made its way into Malaysia last year. The cafe located in the busy and bustling TTDI offers an all day creative and wholesome brunch menu with a highly raved extensive coffee selection.
How about starting your day with some really yummy brunches from one of the best brunch spot from Singapore? Common Man Coffee Roasters isn't stranger to those who lived in Singapore, and recently they have made its way to Malaysia.
Breakfast & Brunch is offered till 6.30pm while the Lunch & Dinner menu starts from 11am. From wholesome organic ingredients to healthy vegetarian and gluten-free items to sweet-toothed choices, there's something for everyone here. Prices may be slightly higher than norm but know that's compensated with quality and the freshest ingredients possible. Good food, great coffees, charming service is what you can expect to find here. Although I've barely scratched the surface of what they offer here but that 'small' introduction has convinced me that I have to return for more. I might just have found my next favourite cafe...or, at least, a worthy addition to my growing list of top favourite cafes.
Reasons to visit: Premium coffee of all types, including a special filtering process for specialty and small-batch varieties. Also, a wonderful cafe serving wholesome foods like quinoa salad and avocado mash.

Common Man Coffee Roasters (CMCR) was established in Singapore in 2013 where they received rave reviews about their products and services. We can tell that they are doing well, since they have now expanded their operations to here in Kuala Lumpur, in the heart of trendy Taman Tun Dr Ismail (TTDI). Common Man Coffee Roasters (CMCR) specialises in coffee beans imported from Brazil, Columbia, India, Ethiopia, Nicaragua and Sumatra. These are then specially blended with other ingredients to produce a blend that is both aromatic and distinct in taste. The strength of these blends varies with your choice, and we were given a chance to sample six blends.
Overall Rating: 7/10. I really liked the cafe - the gorgeous space, the unwavering customer service, and the Broiche French Toast. The Grilled Chicken was delicious but came a tad dry for my liking. Having said all of that, I felt that prices were unavoidably high for my comfort. Expect to fork out at least RM50/person for a brunch experience here.
I certainly believe this would be one of the most talk about cafe in the upcoming weeks as they have just open its door recently and it is already running full house yesterday. I have no doubt that they currently top in my list as a perfect brunch place. Indeed a highly recommended place in KL now. Perfect service too. Will certainly be back to try out other dishes. Food Rating 9.5/10, love their food~ highly recommended brunch place -Stamped-
The food is on both the traditional and the innovative sides. There are some outstanding brunch and lunch dishes, and good coffee is always found here. While they are still very new, they have actually proven so popular to maintain full hipster credentials, they are not taking reservations on weekends.
