Esquina has been on the list for awhile and my birthday dinner was there. I enjoy Tapas and small bites and hoped the experience would be a great one! The star of the show is the Suckling Pig.

The dinner was overall a very satisfying one, and we found the portions sized perfectly for the average middle-aged adult appetite.

Tapas may have lost its charm but great food - like Montobbio's modernist Spanish - will never go out of fashion. To stay on course, my general advice is to steer off the classics (that said, you may find some exceptions).

I suppose a poor pastry chef like me can't afford dining experiences like this very often but still, once in a while won't hurt.

Would i be back? Sure. Esquina is a must try. I would say 2-3 dishes should fill you up, more if you are greedy.
