The New York Steakhouse at Robertson Quay has a new Valentine’s Day Menu from 5 to 14 February 2021.
Apart from the steaks, Wolfgang Steakhouse does great pasta too.
Wolfgang’s Steakhouse Singapore Review : $198 Weekend Roast for Two with pictures of wine list, lunch menu and restaurant interior ..
Pecan pie was delicious.
美国顶级牛排馆Wolfgang’s Steakhouse来新已有一年多,在罗拔申码头洲际酒店(InterContinental Singapore Robertson Quay)高大上的环境里提供USDA优质黑安格斯牛肉,口碑很好。
The steaks are excellent. The surface is nicely charred but it is still medium-rare. None of that sous vide bullshit so it has a nice bite, which I like.
This is the classic American steakhouse serving top quality USDA prime beef steaks aged for 28 days in their own aging room. The quality of the aged beef is excellent.
Overall, we really enjoyed our dinner, even if the price is quite a bit more upmarket than the original Peter Luger in New York.
Overall, Wolfgang’s Steakhouse is bound to please any steak lovers.
Reservation at Wolfgang’s Steakhouse is encouraged. Do note that the main dining room could get slightly noisy when it is full-house, but there are seats slightly further away if you need conversations.
If there is one side dish that you should not miss, it's the Creamed Spinach (S$15), baby spinach slow-cooked with no cream but in a savoury chicken stock until the vegetables are so soft that chewing is not required.
The interiors of the new restaurant in Singapore pay tribute to the original New York institution with solid walnut floors, a rich mahogany bar, imported Italian chandeliers and mosaic-tiled details.
It is perfect for a meaty date, business lunch or simply a gathering with friends and family.
I highly recommend the juicy and sweet Crab Cakes ($38) alongside the extra thick and smoky Sizzling Bacon ($12/slice).
The restaurant offers lunch, happy hour and dinner daily, but stay tuned for the launch of their new weekend brunch menu on Saturdays and Sundays—14 October needs to arrive sooner because our bellies can barely contain the excitement!
