Mamagoose Taiwanese Restaurant @ Hin Bus Depot, Georgetown, Penang.
Both the signature Taiwanese Beef Noodles and Zha Jiang Noodles were delicious in their own ways- the former one comes with a clear Beef soup... Mamagoose's rendition was without additional toppings like the pickled vegetables or Radish, purely meat broth and generous cuts of meat. The broth was clean and easy on the palate, with a mild hint of spices.
