A small mushroom festival.
With A-B Trail of 2.8KM, it takes about 1 hour 20 minutes to complete the trail. This is a beginner friendly neighbourhood hiking trail. A good hiking shoes ...
Found some red coral mushrooms, and tortoises sunbathing near the wooden bridge.
The service is fast despite the crowd. Really love the signature Ice Lime Tea, good the refreshing kick. My favourite food here would be Steamed Rice Roll + Fried Spring Roll (like Chee Cheong Fun..
The resto has undergone some renovation since our last visit; the dining area is much more spacious now and they’ve even made a couple of raised wooden ‘gazebos’ indoors. The corner for imported Vietnamese snacks and sundry (noodles, sauces, paste, etc.) has also been upgraded. The open outdoor seating is now covered, which provides some shade from the heat in the daytime.
Another dish I recommend trying is the lemongrass chicken with fried rice. Lemongrass is a popular herb used in many Vietnamese dishes, and the flavour permeates throughout the tender, juicy whole fried chicken thigh.
Coffee is creamy, but probably too sweet. Food is okay, probably a bit too salty.
The roti here is nice, our favourite are Tosai Masala and Roti Special. Satay is decent, but not above average.
Food still good. Satay, Tosai Rawa and Maggi Goreng.
Roti special still good, and fried Maggi mee pretty good too.
The average for a pax is RM14 – RM18! I normally pair my banana leaf with two or three meat dishes to share! 😍👍🏻 Will definitely recommend this place to friends and family for its great taste and affordable pricing! 🤗
I at like a pig 🙂 Yup, I did. The chicken Varuval was one of a kind. I think they added some mysterious spice into it, it tasted different from most of the other varuvals I’ve tasted. Different in a very appealing way. Yummm! The Chicken 65 was the usual pieces of fried chicken meat. Yummy. The prawns were awesome. It had an equal mix of sweet and spicy. Delicious and they do give you a generous portion of prawns, not just a few pieces with loads and loads of gravy – the kind you would get in many Indian restaurants. The vegetables were delicious, they also have acar if you guys are interested. Rasam came soon after with a cup of Thairu/Mooru/ Yogurt?
As much as one would want to keep this place secret, it’s also the kind of place you cannot help but bring a friend, just so they too can…
Sarawak Mee Pok, Dry Pan Mee and Coffee are average.
在华人集聚区的蒲种,有个称为DG Food Court的食阁,其规模算是蒲种区内数一数二的了,却躲藏在住宅区与商业区边界。
A little bit oily but nice, good enough for me.
The most popular park in Puchong. It has a lake, basketball court, futsal court, playground and a fairly long jogging trail. At the right season, the lake (o...

A Cafe with Pianos and good cakes in Puchong #puchongfood
Nice environment, not crowded (some came here to work or study), but the bagel set is quite average, coffee still okay.
The Truffle Hazelnut cake is pretty good, feels like ice-cream cake. New cafe at Puchong Ioi Rio.
Verdict: 1. Personally, I find that the dishes here are up to standard and worth the price. 2. Reasons to visit: Good quality Japanese dishes, cosy ambiance and good service. 3. Recommended: Uni Tofu Nabe
Another hot favourite of mine was Avocado Truffle Miso Gratin that’s served in an open avocado shell filled with seafood, avocado, and chicken truffle creamy gratin with spicy bean paste. A truly tantalizing dish with amazing flavours and each creamy scoop practically melts in my mouth. Another ‘Must Try’ dish!
I was having a great time with friends at Tsuki No Miyako, definitely fulled and satisfied. *Just look at my face :p - now smiling in front of the computer, typing this... recalling the taste - #no-lies* If you like Japanese cuisine, it definitely worth to try, good price with tasty food, who wants to miss it?
New modern cafe in Puchong. Good coffee with nice cakes and croissants.
Our meal for two came up to about RM60+. I wouldn’t call it super value for money, but our bellies were filled, the food was tasty, and it was still cheaper than a buffet, without the wastage
Nice environment, with the strong downlight. Coffee is nice, with the cake selection this time is so so.
Decent mac and cheese.
The pork leg has to much fat, and the lamb pot not much lamb (but taste good), and the yam dessert is average.
Pretty crowded on a weekend night, but service is still good. Our favourite is the cumin fried pork ribs. The chicken soup which comes with the set is pretty good too.
Overall, we were satisfied with the quality of the food at Taipei Walker, despite the disappointing drink. They have a large selection of dishes to choose from, so I might try something else on my next visit!
Dessert, or booze? Why choose, when you can have both? Newly opened at Le Pavillion in Bandar Puteri Puchong, The Ice Cream Bar serves artisanal ice cream infused with alcohol, with boozy creations the likes of Rum & Raisin and Bailey’s Original Ice Cream Liqueur. This is the brand’s latest outlet, after successful stints in Hartamas, 1Utama, and Seapark.
This new KFC in puchong doesn't disappoint. Service is quick, chickens are reasonably sized and not oily. Hot & Spicy chickens are flavourful.
Hawker fare is typically served in a sloppy mess, but this was beautifully presented and came chock full of ingredients: tofu pok, sliced egg, fish cakes, beancurd sheets and charsiew, topped with a dollop of spicy sambal. The curry offers a spicy kick, and you can really taste the fragrant flavours of lemongrass and galangal. Curry noodles in KL tend to be creamy and heavy on the coconut milk, but this is very clear and light.
Cheap simple food.
Love the Dry Fried Hor Fun 干炒河 (RM 9) for dinner, pretty delicious.
