Good steamed song fish head in Johor Bahru with live fish and nice mashed ginger with savoury sauce.
The price of Pan Mee is reasonable even this is a restaurant base cuise. Each bowl just cost us RM6.90.
We had both Dry and Soup versions but found their Dry version especially try-worthy. The home-made noodles were carefully cooked to the right texture and evenly coated with Chili-infused sauce and topped with various condiments such as Deep Fried Anchovies, Minced Meat, Deep Fried Shallots and a Soft-Boiled Egg. Diners can scoop as much Chili Flakes as they like at the collection counter; the spicy lovers would be glad to know that the Chili Flakes impart a smoky yet burning sensation to the tongue (though not extremely spicy; more of a gentle heat). The portion was alright but those with bigger appetite would find it a little unsatisfying.
