We had Xiao Er's Laksa Special... which comes with an Egg, Fish Balls and chunks of Fish Meat. The broth had a balanced medley of sweet, sour, spicy and savory notes... every element was subtle but discernible. One plus point about the Laksa- the noodles were expertly cooked... a little springy and not overly slouchy. The combination was very satisfying.
Taro Lotus Biscoff and Matcha Burnt Cheese Cake. The former option was basically sponge cake layered with Taro filling, fresh cream and finished with some Lotus Biscoff crumbs. The flavor-combo was delicious and it was reasonably sweetened
Here's the location.
The servers advised us to go for a mixture of all soup and true enough, the flavor combo worked. It carried a subtle meatiness with a sleek sweetness. The touch of Beef broth was the soul of the dish (sorry to those who don't eat Beef, you don't know what you are missing); it was then round up with a dash of Chili paste. Depending on your choice of noodles, we had Wan Ton Mee which we thought it was more superior than other choices
Pork Chop & Satay Pork Rice (RM 13.90) is a great choice too. The combination of the cheese, tomato sauce, pork chop and satay pork worked nice and value for money. Portion is huge too, and hungry men will find this dish cater well for their stomach.
