Chef Seeri was excited with this authentic Thai dessert, Bualoy - he urges me to try. First time seeing this kind of dessert as it's normally not served in many Thai restaurants. I was told that this is a classic dessert in Thailand since ancient times and people would make it to a party or religious ceremony. The ingredients are colourful and beautiful while it's quite similar to our Chinese festival, the Winter Solstice's 'Tang Yuan', made from chewy glutinous rice balls but serve in rich and sweet milky coconut milk/santan sweet soup.
