My Personal Opinion There's no doubt that this place does indeed serve up a good plate of Hokkien mee. The Cantonese-style fried noodles weren't too bad either but could be better if the noodles had more charring to give it that in-depth smoky flavour.
Dried Meat Fried Rice (Small), 13.90 ringgit. The Dried Meat Fried Rice – delicious. The dried meat here is in reference to pork meat, the dried and sweetish kind? It makes for an excellent addition to a fried rice. The fried rice itself is cooked the usual ‘Chinese’ style, simple yet delicious. Add in bits of them sweet, chewy pork meat… yum!
Taste wise the dark and luscious Hokkien Mee (S) @ RM9.90 was excellent with a good amount of textures from the crunchy pork lards. It was incredibly tasty with an in-depth smoky and rich flavour, not just sweet or salty.
