Verdict: To be honest, Indian cuisine most probably one of my least favourite food but I left gin rik sha feeling satiated the food we had was good enough to contemplate returning to check out the remainder of the menu.
We were equally impressed by the Slow-cooked Lamb Shank served with pooris which certainly lived up to its representation of being “delicious fall off the bone lamb”. It was tender and rich in flavours. Exactly how a Slow-cooked Lamb Shank should be. It left us wanting more. If you love lamb, you must try this dish.
Reasons to visit: Gin Rik Sha is certainly different. And spot-on for that matter too. Definitely worth coming here for innovative Indian cuisine – infused with gorgeous spice combinations, as well as their brilliant take on cocktails. Friendly staff too – that’s always a positive. We look forward to our next visit; this time for lunch.
