HAKU, situated within the charming Strait Quay Penang, has quickly gained popularity as a brand-new establishment under the renowned Kiyosaki Group. As an avid food enthusiast, I recently had the opportunity to experience the culinary wonders of this impressive Japanese restaurant, and I must say, I was not disappointed.

During my visit i tried their Cocoa Mocha Frappe. It is always nice to have a nice cold drinks during a hot sunny day especially in Penang where the weather could be crazy hot sometimes.
We chose the Chasu Ramen served in deeply flavored pork broth with miso. Besides the topping of three thick pieces of chasu pork (Japanese-style braised pork belly), there is also an egg and seaweed.
Also noteworthy is the BBQ Pork Bun. Not only that the bun was soft, the real draw was the juicy, sweet BBQ Pork filling. It was moist and easy on the palate... with a bold, heavy punch of flavors.
We started of with their sushi where they have a wide choices of sushi to choose from. Their sushis pretty good where the ingredients are fresh. Grace love the sushi so much and wanted to add more of it.
