3-Flavored Tilapia Fish is one of the best sellers at Kemunting Lake View Restaurant. The kitchen uses bigger size Tilapia and have it deep fried till it was thoroughly crispy... served with a specially concocted sweet and sour sauce. The fish was so crispy that one could literally eat the finer bones, fins and tails... but a pity that the sauce did not do much justice to the fish. It was a little too sweet to our liking and it lacked the aforementioned sourness and spicy kick
