Maison Francaise是高级餐厅成为高级经验的地方。
Maison Francaise offers Weekend Afternoon Tea, serving classically French pastries that appear to have leapt straight from a chic Parisian patisserie. Thanks to Chef Florent & his team, we were able to experience “Kuala Lumpur meets Paris” in this elegant & modern restaurant. All breads & cakes are baked daily by their team. Maison Francaise Afternoon Tea RM58++ per person With a choice of Coffee or Tea Included
Le bisque de homard, saute de homard confit au beurre Breton – RM65 Lobster Bisque with sauteed lobster in Brittany butter. Luscious bites of lobster are complemented perfectly with a light and creamy based bisque. Flavorful marriage of the ingredients as each spoonful was so good.
Terrine de Foie Gras au porto RM98. I personally favour a pan seared foie gras over a terrine, but this was choc ful of foie gras, so much so for a brief moment, none of us were sure if it was a pure chunk of foie gras, or indeed a terrine. Melt in the mouth, with that wealth of taste that comes with the lavish use of foie gras.
Reasons to visit: French favorites like Sauteed Escargots and Pan-Seared Foie Gras, and new twists on the classics like Roasted Coral Trout with Enoki Tempura. And don’t skip dessert.
