There is an unlimited BBQ buffet at RM 40 per person, which I think is pretty worth it, The meat is pretty good, and the side dishes are okay. This place is crowded on weekends night, but the..
整体来说就只有烤肉这部份我可以接受,别的都强差人意,没有下次。
There might not be fancy slick furniture’s or sophisticated equipped tabletop grills like many other Korean BBQ joints, but this place is almost always full and packed with patrons. If you are looking for a good Korean charcoal barbecue fix, then look no further. This one here is considerably well round up with all the classics including delicious spicy pork, seafood, and marinated chicken alongside appetising banchans.
It can get hot as the restaurant does not have air-conditioning, only fans, and furthermore you will be cooking over a charcoal fire, so best come here on cool afternoon or later in the evening. From the menu, there are a few sets to choose from, or you can order off the a la carte menu. Other than Korean BBQ, they also have kimchi jjigae, kimchi fried rice, pajeon and much more on the menu.
Sae Ma Eul is a long time Korean barbecue joint that uses charcoal for the barbecue pit. Even though the restaurant is not air-conditioned, the ambience is still casual and clean. It is also always brimming with people!
All in all, it was an enjoyable meal with great company and none of us felt there was anything we could find fault with. Sae Ma Eul’s prices are sensible for the food quality and serving size, and the service we experienced was excellent as well. I think our BBQ pan was replaced with a new one at least 5 times – all without having to ask at all.
