The pastries at Mont Blanc Bakers just look better than the ones at Delifrance. They’re made in small batches with care instead of mass-produced efficiency. The owner informed me that they fine-tuned their croissant recipe close to a hundred times before nailing the perfect one. I also hate how Delifrance served all their dine-in food in cheap, paper takeaway cups and boxes. Mont Blanc Bakers uses nice-looking china and branded mugs. I don’t care what you say, it does make the food and drinks taste better!
