Basilico @ Regent Hotel Singapore ‘s brunches and dinner takes on delicious festive twists with a gastronomical tour around Italy.
the best really is the tagliatelle di manzo which just means sliced beef steak…a sirloin…I had medium rare…perfecto! I can eat this every time la…:-)

Even though we missed out on Seafood Mania Buffet at J65, we took in the 3 course set lunch. The mains were a nice Crispy Seabass, Seafood Thermidor, Grilled Salmon, Chicken Rice and Braised Beef. …
A dish to look out for is the Singapore Chilli-style Lobster.
Whether you’re on a “see food” or seafood diet, J65’s Lobster Rock n Roll Buffet and International Seafood Buffet will satisfy your hunger without putting a huge dent on your wallet.
Botanico and Bee's Knees have definitely taken modern SEA cooking to the next level and I found myself surprised at every bite.
Beyond the inventive cafe dishes on the menu, another reason to visit Bee’s Knees is the atmosphere.
I like that the truffle carbonara has arugula leaves on it so that the bitterness can undercut the heaviness.
At my age, I have attended quite a number of Chinese weddings which typically feature round tables that can sit ten persons at a hotel ballr...
Her creations now reflect a greater nuance and finesse with a new focus on South East Asian flavours.
I thought it was a pity that the food didn't quite work out.
With up to to 20 varieties of tea for savouring with the spread, there's no lack of choice.
The Tea Lounge Afternoon Tea experience is good value from the perspective of the varied spread.
Tea Lounge, the colonial garden-styled space on the ground level of Regent Singapore, recently launched its English Garden afternoon tea experience.

The CORNER HOUSE is a two-storey Black and White bungalow built in 1910.
Overall, Corner House deserves its Michelin Star and recognition.
Overall, the Wagyu Omakase at Fat Cow is quite impressive, and I like that the wagyu game and theme is strong from the appetisers all the way to the chazuke.
Fat Cow has always been the pandas’ to go place for their wagyu don. This visit for its omakase set meal just gave us another reason to be back – although the pricing is definitely steeper than we wished.
Lunch at Fat Cow's is always a treat, somehow I've gone past seeking the most value for money wagyu don and have come to terms with paying for quality.
Overall, I had a good lunch at Summer Palace and I highly recommend this lunch set if you are looking for a Michelin starred Chinese cuisine meal.
we enjoyed the ambiance, the dishes that were hits and of course just being at Regent Singapore once again - certainly does not kill that Dolcetto's cakes are always so tempting, I had to save space for a slice or two for takeaway.
Restaurant Week or not, Summer Palace has my vote for quality delectable chinese fare.
Cocktail Brunch只在星期天推出,12pm - 3pm,收费每人$163
Look forward to more collaborations with the world's best bartenders this year. We had the privilege of tasting the tipples by Greek bartenders Nikos Bakoulis and Vasilis Kyritsis from The Clumsies and more collaborations are in the pipeline.
Hard Rock Cafe的最大特色是各种明星与音乐相关物品,以及入夜以后的现场娱乐表演,然而对于美食爱好者来说,明星效应难抵经典汉堡的美味魅力!
The nasi lemak was overall a nice hearty meal. The drumstick was large and the amount of rice was generous. The chicken drumstick was the best part of it. The skin was crisp and the meat moist. The other components were quite average. The rice was not ‘lemak’ enough and the chilli was a bit too sour for my taste.
BBQ is quite heaty for the body, so I am glad that among the noodle dishes, there are a few cold noodle dishes.
The House Bar at Regent Singapore is a sexy, sophisticated boutique lounge, serving classic cocktails and Japanese food.
The Place The sister bar of Taiga restaurant, I checked out the newly opened The House Bar where its entrance is as inconspicuous as Taiga. The interior of The House Bar is dim and classy, where it…
Highlights includes the homely Claypot Crab Beehoon, where silky vermicelli noodle have soaked up all that delicious, crabby goodness, the Indonesia Claypot Curry Crab—the curry gravy looks light, but packs both flavour and spice—as well as the classic Stir-fried Ginger and Onion Crab.
I will surely return for more before the promotion ends. And I will order the Salted Egg and Crispy Yam Crab, Creamy White Pepper Crab, Glass Noodles and Chinese Wine Crab and Claypot Crab Beehoon.
东陵今旅酒店(Hotel Jen Tanglin)的阿海小厨(Ah Hoi's Kitchen),是本地少数能在酒店环境里享受煮炒菜式的好地点。
Having a meal at Privé is more about the atmosphere than the food. The food did not really wow us, but being in a laid-back setting did.

I had a good omakase at Taiga and the lunch sets are pretty good value for a start. Head here if you love a good sushi omakase.
The Place Our love for Japanese Omakase never ends. Located in Regent Singapore, the newest to join the ranks is Taiga Dining, a 11-seater fine dining sushi-ya. Unlike most Japanese Omakase restaur…
I enjoyed my meal at Shoukouwa Shinjidai and this is easily one of my most memorable meals this year. As a new restaurant, the presentation and flavours are on point for me, and I like the bits of well-balanced innovative elements injected into the kaiseki meal which make it different from other kaiseki restaurants in Singapore.
