Located at Supertanker Food Court, Fatty Fried Oyster (大肥仔) has been running his business for 20 years. This stall only starts selling fried oyster omelette at night time. The highlight of this stall is the freshness of the oyster and the amount given is generous. The texture of the oyster is so juicy and succulent. As for the omelette it is on the dry site (not so soggy).
Although many businesses are struggling to stay afloat, the hawkers at Super Tanker Food Court took this news positively.
The fried oysters is simply heavenly, huge oysters to boot! It also doesn't have an overload of starch like the one in New Lane

A Locals’ Favourite Breakfast Spot In Penang
When I first entered their house, I was swamped by the types of dessert they are offering. Every wall glued with menus and even hanging on top of their counter like bunting flags, without duplication if you wonder. It took me a while to decide which to order by standing there like a kid. Due to the long shape design of the house, with the large crowd that times, patrons basically blocking the entrance of the house. No worries, their service are very attentive and efficient. We like the healthy concept that they are practising, very healthy and less sweetened. If you are yearning for something salty than sweet, there are herbs soup for you too.
This eatery offers a comprehensive list of sweet desserts, particularly Cantonese tong sui (糖水). The menu varies on daily basis, but the popular ones are available on most days.
They have a very simple layout, not air-conditioned.They have very friendly staffs and good service.
Although Granny's Hokkien Mee is only 7 years old but the taste of the stock is one of the best. Ending with a touch of sweetness this Hokkien Mee is made for younger generations. Located under an apartment, you need to look carefully to locate this shop.

These stalls have just moved over from another food court and are now selling at this place. Besides these 3 noodles, the Hokkien Mee is also available here, too bad the day I visited lacked ingredients to cook that. I will be back for the Hokkien Mee again.
So, the next time you’re out and about looking for a new makan spot, drop by at Lucasark Heritage Foodcourt at Sunshine Lip Sin.
Some of the food here at Home Cafe Bayan Lepas are still the same but now they have wider range of choice for guest to choose from. I have been here several times and there were never once this place is empty, it is always full with people dining in. The environment here is comfortable and nice. Food is good and in big portion too. Sometimes their food serving maybe slow but i guess it depends on the number of people ordering at the same time. When ever i dine in at Home Cafe, the food that i usually order at the Grilled Sawadee Tomyam Chicken, you can choose to either have Fries or Rice as its side dish. The Grilled Sawadee Tomyam Chicken is a very classic grilled chicken but with a twist of Tomyam taste. The other food that is worth trying is their Rojak, probably because of it special home made rojak sauce that makes it taste good. While for drinks, i tried their Watermelon Mojito which is refreshing and nice to drink.
Bacon Carbonara 培根白醬意大利麵 RM15.90 Even though the other food was nice, this was the most awful dish that we ordered. The taste really matched its look.
Salted Egg Yolk Chicken Chop – RM18.90, this is a fusion style chicken chop. The battered chicken thigh was topped with golden salted egg yolk and sided with salad, coleslaw, fries and greens. This dish is dedicated to salted egg lovers. Compared to the previous dishes, this seems to be a more “balanced”meal with some greens. The salted egg gravy paired very well with the battered chicken. It was a unique and tasty dish.
Dining here is nice, in terms of food, there are a lot of different dim sum to choose from. Basically, you will be spoiled for choice here. Every types of food that a Dim Sum restaurant should have Maxim Dim Sum has it. It is not only that they have many different types of Dim Sum but the taste is tasty too. I enjoy every dish of Dim Sum that i order ranging from the Shumai all the way to their Egg Tart.
Lo Mai Kai (Glutinous Chicken Rice) is my favourite dish so it is a must to order it.
Yam cakes and egg tarts were probably saviour of the morning but the rest, particularly chee cheong fun and har gao definitely need some refinement in terms of taste
Sri Nibong Cafe, this coffee shop is located at the entrance to Taman Sri Nibong. There are many nice delicacies here. One of the famous and not to be missed out, Koay Teow Thng here. it has been operated for over 30 years. The soup is packed with pork flavor and topped with minced meat and wolf herring fish balls. The option for adding on with egg is offered before being served. The Char Koay Teow by Ah Teong is also one of the great Penang food that must order. The wantan mee here is also surprisingly good and according to the owner, this stall has been operated for over 20 years.
Sri Nibong Cafe (理旺茶园) is a small hawker center at the entrance to Taman Sri Nibong.
Original Penang Kayu Nasi Kandar is an institution in Penang. This Mamak shop is great for a meal.
Aromatic, spicy, thick gray together with a thick cut around the leg. Well done and tender, what more could I ask for?
Overall, I wasn’t impressed with the place despite it being the original Chu Yoke Weng outlet. Will give this another try when I’m in Penang to see if the duck is of such standard.
Chu Yoke Weng Restaurant "豬肉溁琵琶鴨專賣店" was one of the well known duck rice shop around southern part of Penand Island. We decided to give a try on one of the outlets at Jalan pekaka sungai Nibong.

Happy Cafe, Taman Pekaka is one of the family-friendly cafes that has been around for more than 30 years. It has chicken rice stall on one side and duck rice stall on the other side of the Cafe. The chicken rice here is Hainanese style with soft and jelly-like skin while the roast duck is Cantonese style with crispy skin and juicy and tender meat. Besides these 2 stalls, there are pan mee and hot plate noodle stalls as well.
Another savoury dish to enjoy at Happy Cafe during dinner hour will be Claypot Chicken Rice. It is best eaten when you request for for salted fish top up, though we feel there could be more dark soy sauce in the rice to give it a kick. Add on some chili for a spicy sensation.
The Walnut Cheese Cake is very good...you must try if you are here!!
除了人类的食物和甜点,这里也有售卖狗狗的菜点。
Overall, a good eat and relaxation for the tired and those in need of a quick and fulfilling bite.
As an overview, Siew Bai, Gua Bao (Taiwanese Pork Belly Bun), Cai Tao Kuih, Tang Bao were good
Overall, food here is tasty, service is good and the environment is comfortable too. A nice place for a family gathering or company event.
Wu Jia's Curry Prawn with Bun is one of their popular dishes- fresh, plump Curry Prawns served with fluffy-soft deep fried Bun (to dip). The Curry flavor was very bold and rich... which went well with both Bun and Rice. It was not the monotonous type of Curry... probably with the addition of Onions and fresh Tomatoes for the extra acidity touch.
this hidden gem is the perfect spot for short a getaway with your loved ones
I love this pizza that definitely the first thing i recommend to people who havent visited before.
Here's the location.
珂 Jawa Mee has improvised the cooking to Chinese style where the gravy is cooked by pumpkin. It is thick and flavourful.
