Service at Diamond Kitchen is friendly, casual, and efficient.
Overall, the current Sri Lankan crab promotions are value for money.
The spacious restaurant also has a lovely ambience, though I would have to say that the location of the outlet is far too inconspicuous for my liking.
GO Noodle House is a Malaysian noodle chain known for its mi xian cooked in Jiangxi province style refined to appeal to discerning Malaysian palates. They opened their first overseas outlet in Melbourne and the brand’s second overseas location was in Singapore, at 313 Somerset. GO Noodle House is now also in Parkway Parade.
Experience a taste of Malaysia at Go Noodle House Parkway Parade. Indulge in signature bursting meatball noodles and other delectable Chinese...
If you are craving a fast, fuss-free, singular Vietnamese meal, we think So Pho would not disappoint. We would gladly be back to try their steam rice combo and Pho combo the next time around!
Oleh Oleh Cafe in Parkway Parade is a good spot for snacks anytime of the day and for takeaway as well. We like the various reasonably priced Malay kuehs we can find there.
For sure my curiosity was satisfied and it is unfortunate these picks were not outstanding for me.
Jio your spice-lover friends to makan their Pork Katsu Mala Curry Rice ($13.80), ideal for those who want to add that extra numbing dimension in their dish.
Monster Curry is a chain of restaurants serving Japanese style curry.
There’s also a variety of bite-sized kueh—for the uninitiated, kueh are heritage snacks made of glutinous rice flour with a pudding-like texture but firmer.
Overall, we thought the food at Katong Kitchen was nice. The dining space was pleasant and the staff were friendly and attentive.
Traditional Taste Noodle that has generous minced pork in the soup and pork livers are cooked to near perfection.
Overall, if you are looking for traditional Teochew BCM, you can try out their noodles
In terms of price, this is in the lower mid-range. Given the family-friendly setting, we think this ramen spot will be a hit among families.
Both platters were laden with MSG but just so satisfying polishing everything off the hot plates. I will be back for more of these platters.
Overall, we like the rice and noodles of Iron Rice Bowl but we were not too thrilled by the meats.
I’m already planning a return visit, specially for their unique yong tau foo set meal.
Their menu’s main focus was on a contemporary Australian menu with brunch foods by utilising fresh produce to present well-rounded meals including salads, sandwiches and pasta.
Joy Luck Teahouse is setting foot all over Singapore, with its latest outlet soon to open in the East at Parkway Parade.

Best Roast Pork Belly on East Coast, has changed hands now to the roast meat stall in LTN Foodcourt, 936 East Coast Road. In a month or so it has pinnacled.
BeBe’s undetermined birthday @ Shao on Frankel Avenue was wonderful fun, and a wonderful meal. So family oriented and friendly - staff amazing with food so masterful and delicious - must try on East Coast!!!
Shao BBQ Restaurant on Frankel Avenue is a new place from a top Chef, Jack Ding. Coming from UK where he studied and set 1st restaurant up - incredible.
I will be back at Shao to try other dishes and will have encores of the Marinated Chilled Roe Crab, Oyster Porridge with Sotong Sausage and Luffa Pancake.
Overall, we like this place considerably. The food is good, the coffee is great and the ambience just makes you park your bum there comfortably. A great café experience. The thick-cut bacon is a must-order here. Check them out if you are in the East, we’ll definitely come back to try the rest of their menu. Cheers!!

The decor at Comida Mexicana is certainly loud – vibrant colours and bold paintings.
The food's good, but be prepared to fork out some dough for it.
I really like the Mash Avocado Sopes ($20 for 3). I first tried Sopes earlier this year in the Mexican state of Quintana Roo.
We love the vibe of East Coast Commune and we will definitely be back soon!
Chic and botanic looking cafe beside East Coast McDonald’s. Nice strong and woody latte.
It is a family friendly cafe but can also be an ideal place for the solo diner and dating couples. It is chic and charming and can appeal to both the hip and hippie.
Beach Road Prawn Noodle House 美芝律大虾面 is one of the most famous hae mee shops in Singapore. We went to have prawn mee lunch at East Coast Road recently in 2022 to see how things have changed since our last post in 2015.
I have not been to Beach Road Prawn Mee on East Coast Rd in such a long time. When I first came to Singapore in 2006, it was one of the first places that was introduced to me. It has to be at least 8 years since I have been here.
Beach Road Prawn Mee serves up an amazing bowl of prawn noodles – the broth was robust, the prawns were crunchy, and the pork ribs were super tender.
Overall, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of food at Cafe De Nicole’s Flower, although price wise, it is a little on the steep side.
Cafe De Nicole’s Flower’s most exceptional trait is not the menu but the charming venue.
Cafe De Nicole’s Flower faces a tough road ahead.
