Overall, Hey Sugar does feel like it has a bit of potential, but heavily needs refining.
The chicken was fairly tender and juicy, and Chinese sausage sweet and fatty. A small orb of salted fish came with the claypot rice. The rice was quite fragrant with a but of crisp, but a bit dry without additional oil and soy sauce.
The ABC pork ribs soup better known as ABC Soup is my all-time favourite. This simple yet nutritious soup is popular in both Singapore and Malaysia. It has 3 main ingredients which are potatoes, onions and carrots. I love the taste as it evokes a nostalgic feeling of home quality.
The company and the location made the experience memorable. The menu is pretty extensive, so I will be back to try other dishes!

The coffee shop is located along this stretch of shop houses along Choa Chu Kang Ave 1. There is something rustic about this place that is reminiscent of my pre-Covid19 day trips to the dai pai dong of Malaysia.
Uncle Neo Western is Halal-certified which explains why they are sharing the space with the Muslim food stall.
I don’t have a doubt that vegetarian food can taste amazing and many restaurants can attest to that.
With the friendly service and variety of food, it is most likely I will be back again for other kinds of vegetarian selection.
For some time now, when it came to Greek cuisine in Singapore, my go-to has always been Blu Kouzina, which has been operating out of their beautiful space at Dempsey.
Whisk & Paddle Housed in a glass Green House at Bukit Gombak Park.
I like that the dessert is not those very sweet kind and the pudding is really very smooth and silky.
A blog about travels, foods and personal stuffs.
Ambience at San.wich By Swee Heng is casual takeaway, though some outlets have adjourning modern seating in a brightly lit environment. Still, these sandwiches are designed to be eaten on the go, and the compact yet eye-catching packaging is rightly approriate.
Do you love to eat sanwiches? Then don't missed out this newly open store at Lot 1. Here the new store - San.wich to try out!
Buckaroo had since ceased operations and our visit was to patronize Red Lantern Live Seafood Restaurant, which received rave reviews from the Great Kon and his recommendation would be the lobster porridge!
The standard of Dim Sum was average for us with most of the items tasted on the bland side. Service-wise, it was pretty ordinary and nothing to shout about altogether.
I definitely can taste the difference that this makes in the food, and I appreciate the care they have for customers’ enjoyment.
One of the best toppings to have the cheese added in the curry to eat man! Shiok! Pepper Lunch is always my favourite man!
So far, my most favourite is the fresh udon version one as I find that is more flavourful! I love eating the tobiko and the sous vide egg!
