Overall, food here is tasty, while for service, you have to line up at their counter to order food. No one actually care if you get a seat or not. I have to carry the tables and chair myself and put it at the place i want but end up being told not to put it there but the waiter did not help to move it away for me, instead i have to move it again myself.

Sai Yong, in Cantonese literally is known as 'small hibiscus'. However the Sai Yong is a tiny bowl that consisting of a few bites of noodles and a couple of dumplings as a quick snack. There are even Dai Yong which is double the Sai Yong. Now Sai Yong is available at Sungai Petani, Kedah and the stall is located in the EUPE Food Court. This is the stall that serve classic version of Cantonese Sai Yong.
Moreover, please visit earlier to avoid disappointment, because it selling out fast.
Yeoh Hun Khee is also known as 阿祺西刀鱼丸粿条汤 is the stall in Jalan Dewa Food Court, Sungai Petani. This stall has been passed down from father to son and has been operating for decades. The broth of the Koay Teow Thng is so delicious and flavourful. It's packed with fish, pork, and chicken flavor. Koay Teow Thng lovers, this is the place not to be missed.

Ask any residents in Sungai Petani on which is one of their favorite childhood snacks and many of them would tell you sweetened Mung Bean Biscuits (Tau Sah Pheah) from "Lao Zi Hao". Long established for more than 50 years, the classic biscuits and pastries made by this traditional confectionery have occupy a place in their heart. While some may have moved out from the quiet town, they would return to buy the biscuits from Lao Zi Hao whenever they are back. The old-school confectionery at Jalan Kuala Ketil has a work shop that allows visitors to have a glance on how the hand-made traditional biscuits are made. While they are known for the sweetened Mung Bean Biscuits, the other classic biscuits are worth trying as well. Expect to see classics like Brown Sugar Biscuits (黄糖饼), Ear Lobe Biscuits (耳朵饼), Horseshoe Biscuits/ Heong Peng (香饼), Walnut Pastry/ Hup Tou Sou (核桃酥), Wife's Biscuits/ Lou Poh Peng (老婆饼) etc. Lao Zi Hao is definitely one of the must-visit places if you happen to drop by this quiet town at Southern Kedah.
Environment wise is still ok and their service is fine.

I have been trying many different types of food from their menu. Every time when i come to Bites Cafe, i will look for something new to eat or something old which i never try before. So if you are here in Sungai Petani, it is worth coming here for a try. Their service is good and their serving portion is decent. In terms of price, i would say that it is a little pricy, but its all good given the good taste and good service. If you are looking for somewhere quiet, this is not the place, as this place is always filled with people, it gets a little noisy and it is even noisier when there are birthday celebration going in. This place is kinda famous for birthday celebration among youngsters.
Having La Taste here in Riverfront is a plus for people around here, this add to their choice of place to hang out and dine.
Food here is tasty, Aun Dim Sum serve variety of Dim Sum. I would say, they serve every Dim Sum that you can think of a normal Dim Sum restaurant would have. There is Siu Mai, Pau, Chee Chung Fun and more.
Price is reasonable too .. i think, it is worth for me to come back here again .. !
There is nothing fancy about Restoran Lucky Corner Kopitiam [ 旺角饮食中心 ] which is located at Sungai Petani Kedah. This place is just a regular local Kopitiam but it does have some stalls that sells some nice food especially for those who are looking to try some local food here
If you are a coffee lover, then One Third Cafe is the place for you to try out their coffee. Their coffee are carefully brewed and it taste good. Depending on what you order, One Third Cafe serve Syphon Coffee, Espresso, Pour-over Coffee and also some tea like Classic tea that they call Kung Fu Tea, Tea Presso and Flower Tea.
老酒屋环境非常赞灯光昏暗而且有一种古代酒馆客栈的感觉;但从小细节又可以找到回阿公阿嫲老家的感觉食物方面翻开Menu发现价钱非常实惠和一般煮炒大排档价格差不多选择不少还有中式、泰式和中国料理~
Of all the curries that I have tried here, the most impressive would be the beef curry. The tenderness of the beef was just nice and juicy. It was so good that the marination of the herbs and the spices were soaked inside the meat. The taste of the curry was neither too spicy nor too hot. This is one of the best curry beef that I have tried.
