I was delighted to find that Yun Nans delivers right now, as I finally had my chance to try that awesome-looking seabass that I missed last time.
Collin’s Lunch Promotion : 20% Off Ala Carte Menu at Collin’s Westgate Singapore with pictures of menu with prices and restaurant...
That pasta behind it is a bit off-putting though, and I am a bit hesitant to try the other things on the menu. Note to self: ask for no dressing on the salad given that it's sweet.
Honolulu Café has reasonably priced breakfast sets from 8 am to 11 am. The popular egg tarts and other pastries are also available.
I have been to Honolulu Café (檀岛香港茶餐厅) for quite a few times already and normally I always get to order the flaky egg tarts and so this time round, the cafe has come out new dishes like Bu Luo Egg Tarts and Mini Hazelnut Choco ttart.
Unctuous, tender, smoky and flavourful Iberico pork, paired with strong garlicky sweet-salty sauce with I think a good dollop of miso. Really quite nice – 7.5/10.
Foods are really yummy and prices are definitely quite reasonable with no service charge:D
Fong Sheng Hao is a Taiwanese Cafe known for its Charcoal Grilled Toasts in Shilin Night Market. There are already 2 outlets in Singapore and Westgate
The lu rou fan was quite good, with fatty and unctuous diced pork, and nice savoury juices coating almost the entire bowl of rice. The toast was a bit more average, with quite a dry slice of pork, although the uniquely sweet and slightly sour mayonnaise made the flavour quite nice.
The best items of the day were the red bean bun and the pan-fried dumplings – they were so good we asked for another helping. The rest of the dim sum items were ok but not very memorable.
The Grilled Limbo Fish With Mixed Chilies (SGD $45.90) features a large limbo fish / basa catfish, in a fragrant extra spicy gravy, garnished with dried red chili, fresh red chili, pickled green chili, Sichuan / Szechuan mala peppercorns, and spring onions.
Tim Ho Wan’s “All Time Favourites” menu is now available for sale at all its restaurants (except Nomstar) till mid-November.
Well, I find that the prices are really very reasonable, variety of sushi, appetiser, side dishes as well as desserts to choose from and I'm definitely will want to go back again to eat one!
The sambal mayo burger tasted more creamy, eggy and oniony than sambal mayo. There was really no sambal, and I could only taste a tinge of the slightly tangy mayo. Tasted a lot like McDonald’s Nasi Lemak Burger, without any spice.
Really nice fried duck drumstick rice. The duck was tasty and fragrant, tender and moist inside, crispy outside. The sambal was a revelation, packing heat and spices, and lifting everything you paired it with.
Wine Connection, the largest chain of wine retail shops and full-service wine-themed restaurants in Southeast Asia, is proud to open the doors to its 15th Wine Connection Restaurant in Singapore at none other than Westgate. The latest addition brings with it the best value wine pairing in town at just $5.
I love the foods and the restaurant so much!
Price of food was on a steep side. Nonetheless, if you are looking for an environment that is away from the Shopping Malls, this can be a good choice. On top of that, they do have live band performances on some evenings in the week.
The salted egg prawn pasta here was smooth, salty, creamy and fragrant with salted egg and curry. The pasta was soft, and the prawns bouncy and succulent. Not bad.
Food at Fountain Microbrewery generally consists of Western style, Modern Singaporean cuisine, with finger food dominating.
The food was rather unique to me being a Japanese Cuisine and the quality is there. Looking at its menu, there is no reason not to be there again.
Jem, 50 Jurong Gateway Road, #04-13, Singapore 608549, open Mon to Sun 11am to 10pm
Enjoy a greater variety with MUSUBI’s Japanese otsumami at wallet-friendly prices that goes perfectly with a selection of specially curated drinks.
Overall, we like many of the dishes at this restaurant. Some of them may perhaps be more competitively priced than neighbourhood tze char places.
Quite a normal, just slightly above average chicken rice. The rice was fragrant but a tad dry, and the chicken was so so in term of both texture and taste. The omelette though was very fluffy and tasty – shiok.
The rice was 粒粒分明, with good wok hei, and XO and hae bi fragrance (perhaps a bit too salty). The pork chop was meaty, tender and juicy, with a nice slightly savoury and meaty flavour.
King of Fried Rice Opening its 6th Outlet at Jurong East!
As overall, if you are comparing King of Fried Rice to DTF's fried rice, I will still prefer the taste of DTF.
