Verdict: Total bill was RM715 after taxes which included rice (RM2.00/bowl), tibits (RM5.00/item) and Chinese tea (RM3.00/pax). Overall, our lunch at Restoran Pik Wah was just average and I can’t seem to find a good reason to come back again.
Restoran Pik Wah Jalan Hang Jebat is a popular Chinese restaurant in Kuala Lumpur even before it is listed under the Michelin Guide Bib Gourmand. It deserves the Michelin Bib Gourmand recognition and this is one of the few Chinese restaurants that I don’t mind going back again.
According to my friend, this restaurant has long been here for quite some time now. Food served was decently tasty and pleasant to the tastebud especially those with lightly flavoured palate. The space looks more or less the same as common banquet hall for Chinese wedding dinner.
