Ayden learned about Sekinchan fishing village and paddy field recently in class. He told us so much about it and asked a lot of questions. We have never been to Sekinchan so we decided to make a half-day trip to give Ayden a ‘lawatan sambil belajar’ experience.
虽然两天一夜感觉已经看了很多,但如果下次有机会我还是想再重来! 我们这次是十一月头到适耕庄观光,稻田是一整片绿油油的非常美丽,其实我特别想看金黄色的稻田风景呢~下次要尝试在五月中或十一月中来看成熟稻田的美景!
Outing to Sekinchan is not very different from Kuala Selangor. It is just another 30 minutes drive to this village. After lunch, we were driving around the town. The village was smaller and quieter than Kuala Selangor.
适耕庄(Sekinchan)位于马来西亚雪兰莪州北部的一个小镇,位于沙白安南县南端,距离吉隆坡一个半至两小时车程,若从主要道路由南而上,在你右手边的是一望无际的稻田,而左手边是繁忙的渔村海口。因一边是产米肥沃的稻田,另一则是靠海鱼产丰富的渔港,因而有“渔米之乡”之称。适耕庄也被称为16支、红毛港,旧时又称食更青。
Verdict: Food was above average and very reasonably priced. My only qualm would be the warm dining environment.
Visiting the restaurant on weekdays means lesser crowds. Service was not too bad while the food taste is just decent. Seafood are fresh and food pricing are still reasonable. If you have high expectation on food, this might not be the right restaurant for you.

除了那道样子不怎么样的海鲜汤饭让我有点失望, 但小瓜们却非常开心可以吃到不一样的食物, 加上渔村气息满满的景色可以看到两栖动物和亲民的食物价格, 我想我们还会再来试别的食物。
We also ordered their Dark Chocolate Cheese Cake with a LEGO chocolate dude on top. I did enjoy the malty chocolate cake – it tasted like it was made with Ovaltine, which is a nostalgia tinged memory for me. This was the only thing I enjoyed. I recommend you go for the cakes and drinks if you want to meet the minimum RM 30 per table spending
Teochew Steamed Red Snapper (RM55.00 – by weight) The fish was undeniable fresh and perfectly steamed with the tenderness of the flesh still remained. The sour tang of the gravy well complemented the natural sweetness of the fish.
整体来说这餐并不贵, 适耕庄正是一个物廉价美的美食天堂。
这里的蛋糕甜点主要有芝士蛋糕,这个芒果芝士蛋糕好吃!没有假假的芒果味道,我喜欢。
我们的这一锅内的四宝有螃蟹、 鲜虾、 白鲳鱼和扣肉。 海鲜和肉类搭配起来的味道竟是意外地融洽! 汤底有点像川式酸辣汤, 加了干辣椒微辣欢欢不爱但迎迎吃了不少鱼肉, 有点小贵但第一次吃就别计较价钱多寡了!
他们家的咖啡是属于那种比较不甜的, 咖啡豆的香味非常香~
