Likes: Strategically located in the mall Dislikes: Expensive for street food and the quality is not even great. Service totally needs help - staffs love to throw plates on the table; is that even called serving? Urgh. Not sure if I want to give them a second chance.

The Totally Tom Yum (RM 16.90) The Totally Tom Yum is one of our favourites where the chicken is perfectly deep fried till crispy and topped with the aromatic hint of light spiciness. It is simply fragrant as well. Thanks to the dried chillies, lemongrass and the kaffir lime leaf that added the umph .. in the lime popcorn.

One of the new signature dishes here is the Wonder Nasi Ayam Berempah (RM27.90), which we love. This dish takes inspiration from three local Malaysian rice dishes, so you can expect to find elements from nasi lemak, nasi biryani and nasi kerabu. It's like a mini buffet on a plate as you get aromatic spiced rice along with a juicy fried chicken, sambal prawn, kerabu kacang botol, homemade sambal merah and hijau, salted egg, laksa soup and pappadom. Absolutely delicious, we highly recommend that you try this!

For my first try in Malaysia, I choose the top seller Chicken Bacon Cheese Sandwich. The toast freshly made on the spot upon order, filled with chicken bacon, egg, cheese, pickles and cabbage, then wrapped in a paper wrap. If you never try Isaac Toast before, you will realised why the hype gone viral upon the first bite. Frankly speaking, It just a toast, it was a simple stuff only, but made particularly good! The crisp toasted bread was soft, fluffy and aromatic. Loaded with sliced cabbage added refreshing crunch, and the Isaac's secret sweet sauce add into the toast, which gave every sandwich a hint of sweetness and savoury flavours. Friendly tips : Enjoy it while it is hot!

I think the sweet waffles were more successful and I definitely preferred the sweet ones over the savoury one that we tried. Also, I think I'll do without the add-on condiments (except maybe the fresh fruits) if there's a next time. If I had to choose again, I'd stick to a flavoured waffle with just a side of butter and maple syrup...and nothing else. Although I've only tried the waffles and some snacks, it didn't excite my palate enough to say I want to try more. Their signature savoury waffle may be called Moo Moo.....but I think I'll just moo...ve on along and graze somewhere else instead! Perhaps their new menu of hot food will fare better but I didn't try any, so I wouldn't be able to offer any insight into that.

Taste:10/10(Excellent. I satisfied with the apple strudel here. The presentation of the apple strudel is also great as it shaped like a small purse. The filling of home cooked apple taste awesome. And pairing with black pepper mango ice-cream is a perfect combination. I was a bit skeptical when ordering this dessert but it turn out to be among the best dessert I ever tasted. The ice cream texture is firm and full of flavor).

Battery Acid Club Restaurant

21 Jalan SS21/34, Damansara Utama, Petaling Jaya, Selangor

The space is light and airy, with almost a gallery feel to it (understated for the compelling curious to shine). The set up is pretty minimal, with a coffee bar on one side and a set of seatings on the opposite, however, what is inspirational is that BAC thrives to be a well-sited social destination, by having a genuine rapport with the public, and become a resource centre and a hub for creative minds to network.

Tomato Pesto Pasta, 18 ringgit + Shrimps, 6 ringgit. It does not matter of you dislike tomato, do give this dish a try. A MUST try. It was utterly delicious. If you dislike tomato, worry not. You wont be able to see/taste much of it. Push it aside, for all I care but do give this a try. Also, the paata by itself does not come with shrimps but add on 6 ringgit and do get those shrimps. It was fresh and well cooked, totally da bomb. Loved the flavors the pasta offered, not too spicy, a little crunchyness scattered here and there. Yum yum.

The Fish and Chips overall was a tasty dish. It consisted of two fish fillets served on a bed of peas. The fish fillet was crispy on the outside, warm and moist on the inside with a buttery feel to it. The bed of peas was basically a mix of pea puree and solids which provided a rather appealing texture to the dish as a whole. A lovely dish.
