I love how Flower in the Window plate their dish which is so colourful and appetizing. They put a lot of emphasis on the greens, salads and seasoning apart from just focusing on the meat. Definitely one of our favourite cafe around Tan Hiok Nee.
Another one of those REALLY popular eats among Instagram food bloggers, Flowers in the Window excels in providing you a very unique cafe dining experience, as well as providing exceptional healthy food straight into your tummies!
Another great place to visit in the Jalan Dhoby area of Johor Bahru. Is Flowers in the Window - A really good place to meet friends and enjoy some good food ...
This cafe was awarded the "Best Chicken Chop in Malaysia" title by The Star newspaper in 2003. They even put it up outside their shop. Not very humble, eh? haha
Overall, we found both the chicken chops at Hua Mui and IT Roo to be good. Hua Mui’s offering was juicy and tender and served with good wedges, while IT Roo’s chicken chop was slightly larger with a much tastier sauce. IT Roo also offers grilled chicken chops in addition to the deep-fried variety.

Adventurous is not in my blood when it comes to food; hence, I would usually go back to my usual haunts which would have been Roast & Coffe...
Very tasty Malaysian food. The char kway teow came with huge plump prawns, and was full of wok hei, caramelised sauce and savoury goodness.
While I have yet to try the so-called famous Hainanese Chicken Rice in Town, I'm still very much interested in making a return for this dish.
Since they are also serving soft serve and other cafe food, it makes every reason to be back for other things as they are a stone's throw away from the CIQ.
If you enjoy the feel and flavour of freshly brewed coffee and the traditional taste of Kaya Toast sandwich, spread with a generous dollop of Hainanese Kaya and a slab of melting butter, then head over to the Toast Box.
Surprisingly, there wasn’t any service charge or GST so prices indicated above were nett.
Garlic & Cheese Bread RM18 我个人最喜欢的一道。多么希望可以refill浓稠的蒜香芝士!!
