It's situated beside United Square and also near Udders. It was a weekday night but the cafe wasn't crowded at that time. I think it must be because of the location and also the time I went there to eat. I was there around 7pm.
The coffee at Craftsmen Specialty Coffee is consistently good. Whether hot or cold, the coffee is still the main reason to visit Craftsmen Specialty Coffee.
The Clueless Goat Cafe is cosy and serves nice food and good coffee. We like their friendly service and value for money pricing.
The Thai Tea Crepe Cake was nicely and delicately layered, lightly creamy, rich and fragrant with the flavour of Thai Iced Tea. Not bad.
The satay beef was tender and nice, and made the soup really tasty and savoury with the peanutty satay flavour. The soy sauce chicken wings were deeply flavoured, smooth and tender, tasting really authentic. Nice.
Hong Kong Day is a Char Chan Tang in Goldhill Plaza, and it has gotten some great reviews.
The snacks from Tai Cheong were as we had expected. The bolo bao was rich and satisfying and egg tarts crumbly and smooth.
It was delicious. Sure, there was a bit of fishiness in there, but it was also savory, tasty, and citrus-y enough to inhale quickly. Yum, my mouth is still watering as I write this.

I like the idea of The Experiential Culinary Concept, creating a whole new world of dinning possibilities coupled with thrilling experiences and surprises too. It is certainly worth partaking at one of the session.

As the name suggests, this small chain serves Paleo food. You get one very moist and tender chicken thigh in your choice of seasoning along with two sides. No, it's nothing to go out of one's way for, but it's all very guilt-free, all while being light on the wallet.
As someone who appreciates the simple joys of a hearty breakfast, my recent visit to Brown Sugar at Balestier 218 was nothing short of a delightful experience.
Uncle Jeffreyβs advice was to start drinking through a straw from the top and then topping up with water to taste. It made sense, because sitting at the bottom of the first cup was a sticky dark sour plum syrup β intense, concentrated, salty-sweet and tangy.
Overall, it's rather disappointing travelling down all the way to Balestier to have such encounters.
