The puffed savory souffle with airy and foamy egg and cheese topping arrived in a cast iron pot. Inside was a filling made up of fluffy aromatic Japanese garlic rice, prawns, scallops and squid. I personally like this rice dish.

There is quite limited selections for the mains in the menu, however savoury signature dishes do beat up quantity. The squid ink pasta and squid ink rice is actually quite disgusting me at the first place, as I could not imagine chewing this black black in my mouth. So, I have ordered soupy pasta - Lobster Bisque Pasta and my partner ordered the "Riz Noir" Squid Ink Rice.

Pot Baked Souffle Doria (with or without beef) RM26.80 - Bestseller We enjoyed this rice & egg dish very much. It was worth the time and extra effort. It had an amazing texture, firm yet creamy, tasty, tasty, tasty.

As a contrary to the normal belief, Magnum Cafe at Gurney Paragon, the cafe occupies a kiosk strategically located on Ground Floor of the mall, right in front of Pedro shoes and behind Miam Miam. For those who wish to stretch their shopping legs, there are a few tables and couches available. Apart from the fashionably decorated Magnum Ice Cream sticks, there are a few special items on offer as well... such as Ice Cream in a jar, Tiramisu, Ice Cream served with Cake etc... But given the hefty price tags, it shall only remain as an occasional sweet reward.
