Apollo Coffee Bar is a lovely space for good coffee and delightful cafe fare. Having a drink or a meal there is a very pleasant experience.
Latte nice and woody. Nice vibes.
Apollo Coffee Bar has got this aspect down pat too, which should be a given, since its older, more established siblings are winners in the cafe scene.
Oysters are plump and the chitterlings given were generous. Topped their bowl of Mee Sua with some vinegar and chilli to slurp everything up!
While the food has room for improvement, I enjoyed the variety offered at CAF Clickafood, with my favourite dish being the Crab Omelette Fried Rice.
It is the perfect place to have all your different cravings satisfied when dining together.
亲友聚餐如果大家各有不同喜好,有人喜欢西餐有人爱吃泰餐,还有人要精品咖啡,ClickAFood可以一次过解决,不用苦苦等候不同的送餐员上门,自行上门打包外带也更方便。
Overall: 7 Ambience & Setting: 9 Food & Beverage: 7 Service: 8 Value for Money: 7 Spent about SGD $29 per person.
The dishes are adventurous and different from the usual staples served at other cafes. Taste is really subjective. It didn’t work for me but it may work for others. But I like the ambience which is good for meetups with friends. The menu is halal but the cafe is not, as they also serve beer. If you are driving, good news is, there are carpark spaces along Lim Tua Tow road! And of course, you don’t have to visit the cafe only on Sunday. They are even open on Monday!
We paid $60 for two, slightly more expensive than other cafes. But given how good everything was–decor, food, service–it was worth it. I’ll drop by often. Sunday Market, start having a membership discount card for me!
Out of the four pasta choices, we went for their Salted Egg Yolk Soft Shell Crab (S$16). Staple Food nailed it perfectly—whether in terms of its stunning appearance or the taste.
If you’re looking for a café that offers quality mains and sweet treats at affordable prices, The Larder Café is the place to go.
The Place Jalan Riang is a small stretch of road near Serangoon and Babba is an exciting new cafe and restaurant to open recently. This stretch has been dominated by Wimbly Lu for years, and I was …
A dual concept, Babba serves brunch with a traditional twist in the morning, and authentic Peranakan meals in the evening!
This place is great for Sunday afternoon chill-outs! Did I mention that there's no GST and service charge? Prices are very reasonable and I think it's good value-for-money!
What’s worth paying for: Chilli Mussels. Mushroom Fritters. The Kangasaurus.
I can’t say more about how remarkable the food is. You’ve got to try it yourself!
