Chicken Chop Burger, 16 ringgit. So, under their chicken burger selection, they offer two options – Chicken Chop and Zinger. The former is pan fried and the latter is deep fried. I opted for the Chicken Chop Burger and boy, it was yummmmmm! Another filling dish, be sure to order this when your stomach is empty. The burger was made up of a combination of burger buns + cheese + a generous portion of a boneless chicken + cucumbers + greens, with a side of fries. It was delicious – juicy, meaty and flavorful. Loved it.

(M6) Butter Curry Chicken with Rice, 15 Ringgit. I dont know how they did it but the butter and curry mix complimented each other well. As soon as the dish arrived, the first thing that would hit you is the smell – the sweet buttery aroma and this would certainly get your mouth all watered up and ready for what you are about to taste. The first thing I decided to taste is the gravy. Man, it was good. First, the creamy, sweetish butter sauce hits you and the the subtle curry Having the flavorsome gravy with crispy, tender chicken thigh. Ooooo yum. I would totally order this dish again… and again… and again.

Grilled Three-cheese Sub, 16 ringgit. This was really, really yummy! I could not open half of the croissant up without making it all messy. the melted cheese inside acted like a glue, difficult to get through it. So, this dish comes with two medium sized croissants. The filling inside is made up of three types of cheese – Mozzarella + Cheddar + Parmesan. Imagines mixing all three of those , you would have yourself a gooey pile of melted, creamy cheese and with a little help from mayonnaise, which provides a sweetish flavor, it all combined to make this one delicious calorie overload but -so-worth-it dish.

I kid you not, we literally slurped everything and left the bowl empty at the end of it all – that was how yummy it tasted. In this bowl, you would taste everything they are known for – their curry me and their home made balls. A bowl filled with delicious, thick flavorful gravy, soft chewy mee hoon, generous portions of loh bak and 2 big fish balls. I can see now why their home made balls are popular, it was tasty and chewy, you’d taste meat from your first bite all the way through to your last bite. Very little to no flour used. I was very impressed.

To credit where it’s due, the minimalistic, warehouse-finished interior design and the effort to place some greenery in the restaurant is well done. The food is probably good enough to satisfy hotdog cravings but, however, nowhere near enough to knocking your socks off.

The sausages prove juicy & easy to enjoy - two of us easily finished five hot dogs (though we likely left behind some bread). Note however that the infusion of elements like cinnamon may turn out to be more subtle than expected, supplying nuanced dimensions of flavour instead of knock-out dynamics. There's potential for slow-burning pleasure, but probably no fireworks.

Paneer Burger, 14.90 ringgit This was simply because we both loveeee paneer – cottage cheese and paneer served this way, in a burger? We just had to give it a go, too curious to say no, lol. It was pretty good. The burger buns itself was crispy and a lil sweet, which complimented the paneer itself, which basically tasted as paneer usually would. PORK RIBS (HALF RM30/ FULL RM56) Sanbanto pork, Kicap Manis Glaze The flesh was tender and juicy, and it was a joy to eat. We adore how the moisture was retained in the flesh, makes detaching the flesh from the bones an easy task. We also especially love the taste with a drizzle of the lime juice. It balances out the sweet caramelized coating of the flesh. Normally ribs can get a little cloying for me due to its high fats content, but I seemed to be enjoying this quite a lot, probably due to its sour-y appetising taste from the lime juice.

The cafe’s signature is their grilled chicken chop with coffee sauce. It may sound like an odd combination, but the sauce has a nice coffee aroma to it and a slightly bitter tang which cuts through the creaminess and binds all the flavours together. Piggie Pesto, 29 ringgit. This was good. It was a classic pesto pasta with smoked pork bacon and pork croutons. A lil dryer than the pesto pastas I usually have and with a whole lot lesser pesto sauce but it was nevertheless tasty. The pork croutons was a creative inclusion, it certainly did add flavor and some chewyness to this dish. There were button mushrooms scattered all over which added more texture to the dish. Overall, a good dish.
