The bun that they used is toasted bun. The chicken patty is a grilled marinated chicken chop with teriyaki sauce. The sauce has made the burger a little bit too sweet but the cheese on the top of the patty has synthesise the taste with some salty taste. So, it won’t feel too greasy.

It was by chance. Our main objective was to digest the good food from Hai Kee Seafood and I suggested strolling to another area. p.s. it's an excuse for me to check if there would be any interesting place around.
