既然C&C的全名為Cookies & Coffee，那麼咖啡飲料當然也是這家店的第二選擇。C&C選用來自澳洲的咖啡豆品牌，並有double espresso、long black、cappuccino、mocha、vanilla latte等多種咖啡口味。當然也有紅茶、西茶及巧克力等選擇。店家特別調製的冰品飲料也很值得嘗試，菜單選擇包括Iced Blended Black Sesame、Iced Blended Green Tea、Iced Blended Chocolate等等。在佳節期間也會推出特別版冰飲，譬如聖誕節的Iced Blended Hazelnut Chocolate Crunch。
