The Steamed Ocean Dragon Groupa with Fresh Abalone, “Seng Kwa” & Squid Ball Taishan Style is indeed one of my favorites. The fish comes amazingly delicious with the flaky fish meat and ypped with the bouncy squid balls. The abalone remains its juiciness and moisture. Everything is perfect and above my expectation.
So we started off with some true blue Teochew recipes that is simply wonderful and homey to the tummy, before moving on to the rest of the mains and some signatures from this establishment.
We were there recently to check out the Dim Sum and had a hard time deciding what to order, scanning the Dim Sum Menu for many minutes.
