I loved the fish…and the prawns…and needless to say, the braised pork trotter…too, served with steamed mantao.
They ordered this dish for their nephew, the butter milk chicken…as he was allergic to pork and it turned out to be very nice and we kept helping ourselves to it
The Sarawakian’s Sio Bee has a quite chewy texture on each bite, while the overall flavor only starts gushes out during the in-depth chew-chew session with the help of chili sauce, definitely a unique experience since we never tried one before! 😉
I ordered the kampua mee, white (RM3.50)…which was all right, very old school, very authentic, very original. I thought it was a little on the dry side so probably a bit more oil would be good.
