Newly opened in 1Utama E, the mall’s extended sports-cum-entertainment complex in Bandar Utama, Petaling Jaya, AirRider is the only indoor skydiving facility in Malaysia. The place is home to a purpose-built vertical wind tunnel, where divers can simulate free falling for 50 seconds per session = equivalent to an outdoor skydive from 14,000 feet!
The cheapest package gives you two flights, and is priced at RM89/person. This may not be a suitable activity for those faint at heart – kids or adults – because it looks wild (it is kind of wild) and just the noise and wind can be quite intimidating.
