If you're seeking an authentic taste of Singaporean culinary heritage, look no further than Selamat Datang Warong Pak Sapari, a revered hawker stall nestled within the bustling Adam Food Centre. Renowned for their mouthwatering Mee Soto and Mee Rebus, this culinary gem holds the prestigious Michelin Bib Gourmand recommendation, a testament to its exceptional quality and flavor.
On a side note, the taste of the Soto was quite similar to one of the Mee Soto pre pack stock that I got from the Supermarket.
I find the taste of star anise slightly overpowering though.
