We love the Sakura Premium Pork Slice (RM 15 ( Half) | RM 25 ( Full)) , Sakura Pork Belly ( RM 13 ( Half)| RM 25 ( Full) ) which come real good and every mouthful are just heavenly. Swish swish the meat in the hot pot and you can taste the fragrant and juicy meat of it. Don’t miss out their pork balls as well where they have them with the cheese in it. The ooziness of the cheese coming out with just a bite of it. Hu La La … That’s just awesome!

The chicken wings is well coated with the spicy fragrant sauce where they have the light hint of mala and addictive. The tender moist chicken texture are well infused in the meat, leaving you with the hot pipping flavours.

Hotpot - initially I thought it's some kind of steamboat but it's actually stir fry noodles with a selection of vege and meats that you can choose from. The price is based on the weight of the food you picked. You can also choose the flavour, that is how hot you want it to be. There's free flow coffee as well. Not bad, next time will try the set lunch.

Overall, as long as you are able to pick a flavor (or spiciness) that suits your taste buds, I think you’d find the food here fresh and enjoyable. Price wise, it’s affordable considering the meal cost around RM60 and the amount of food we took was sufficient to share among 4 adults.

For our inaugural Yezi experience, we had the Treasures of the Ocean (RM188) which comes with a crab and coconut broth, with aromatic rice wine. This set also comes with clams, prawn paste and coriander squid balls. Yezi uses 100% coconut water which gives the broth a lovely natural sweetness. Furthermore, coconut water is great in aiding digestion.

The limelight of the meal was definitely the Curry Fish Head (RM58 small, RM98 medium, RM128 large). Filled to the brim and loaded with big chunks of meaty fish head drenched in thick curry gravy, the dish warrants orders of piping hot steamed rice.

Whilst I liked the pickled cabbage soup, my heart resonated with joy as I saw the second pot of broth, containing a generous amount of pig offal. The peppery pig stomach soup is a must for me, It's actually Pork Stomach and Chicken. RM42.90 for this soup. Top up of soup is FOC, but top up of ingredients such as offal is obviously not free, but is priced reasonably. In any case, with so much other food, one would not be sticking to only the offal....or would one?

Pickled Cabbage Pork Belly Soup is their latest eddtion of soup base and it is my personal recommendation if you love sour vegetable soup base. @ RM48.90 It is a cabbage that had added salt and to pickle the cabbage (for 1 month) in a tight container huge glass jug. Love the soup aroma as it give you the hint of sour vegetable soup, wit mild hint of saltiness yet mix along with long hours of cooking pure pork bone broth, gives you a nice balance of aroma and taste in the soup. It is advisable to add one time of another round of soup. When it hits third round, the soup will be diluted or left only with pork bone base soup. You can order add on for the pickled cabbage to add on, as what we did below.

Likes: Fresh broth, lots of great varieties for steam boat (sliced pork, beef, meat balls of all kinds, plenty of vegetable selections). The most important that they aced is the freshness of the food - I believe it's due to the high turnover rate so food is actually very fresh here. Dislikes: The slack side is they have great sauces but not available every time. When they are busy they won't prepare fried garlic for customers (what kind of logic is that...). And the be honest their service is not the best despite charging high prices for their food. They tend to hurry you to finish up your food because there are customers waiting. I couldn't be bothered because they should plan their reservations well and not shoo-ing your customers off... Your customers are entitled to enjoy their food, as this is not a mamak stall... It's a love hate thing for this place - I love it but their service makes me think twice.

Verdict: Quite a different from my usual steamboat experiences. Food wise, the soup bases we tried were decent but not outstanding and most of the ingredients are in their original flavour, which is good for some I guess. Price certainly not cheap considering the portion given, sufficient for small eater but for those with bigger appetite might need to add on some ala carte items or dishes (eg: Hakka Salty Pork, Sausages, Century Egg Tofu, BBQ Squid & etc) I like the attentive and polite service nonetheless.

A brand that hail all the way from Hong Kong that operates their first outlet in Malaysia with remaining 5 in Hong Kong. A Little summary would be a cuisine of a cross over of China Sze Chuan in Hong Kong Style.
