Kampar Chili Crab in French Bread Bowl (Seasonal price ) Inspired by the Kampar Big Chicken Bun, Seafood World have their own version which is the Chili Crab version. The huge bun served with the chili crab sauce at the sides. The Crab comes generously huge and the meat is fresh. Dipped the crispy bun into their creamy eggy based chili sauce which is addictively delicious.
Grilled Fresh Whole Squid with Sambal 煎焗原只囌東RM38/portion Grilled to just right, lightly charred, not rubbery. Flavoured up with fiery hot homemade sambal. Recommended.
Another winning crab dish here – in fact, its our favourite – is the White Pepper Sauce Crab. Using premium Sarawak white pepper, the crab is insanely aromatic and the chef has got all the flavours perfectly mixed. This is truly finger-licking delicious and will certainly be a repeat order for us.

Pig Stomach Chicken, Salmon Head, Tomato & Pickled Cabbage Pork Belly Hotpot. 4 Signature Hotpots Non Halal
The limelight of the meal was definitely the Curry Fish Head (RM58 small, RM98 medium, RM128 large). Filled to the brim and loaded with big chunks of meaty fish head drenched in thick curry gravy, the dish warrants orders of piping hot steamed rice.
Whilst I liked the pickled cabbage soup, my heart resonated with joy as I saw the second pot of broth, containing a generous amount of pig offal. The peppery pig stomach soup is a must for me, It's actually Pork Stomach and Chicken. RM42.90 for this soup. Top up of soup is FOC, but top up of ingredients such as offal is obviously not free, but is priced reasonably. In any case, with so much other food, one would not be sticking to only the offal....or would one?
Pickled Cabbage Pork Belly Soup is their latest eddtion of soup base and it is my personal recommendation if you love sour vegetable soup base. @ RM48.90 It is a cabbage that had added salt and to pickle the cabbage (for 1 month) in a tight container huge glass jug. Love the soup aroma as it give you the hint of sour vegetable soup, wit mild hint of saltiness yet mix along with long hours of cooking pure pork bone broth, gives you a nice balance of aroma and taste in the soup. It is advisable to add one time of another round of soup. When it hits third round, the soup will be diluted or left only with pork bone base soup. You can order add on for the pickled cabbage to add on, as what we did below.
