I haven't eaten at Keisuke in a while. But his shop at Capitol Singapore (13 Stamford Road #B1-35) serves an iekei bowl that I hadn't tried yet, so I grabbed one while I was nearby. It was pretty darned thick, with a broth that was so sticky that it was more like a sauce.
Some prawn flavour, but not as intense and flavourful as I hoped or remembered it to be.
Clean tasting and fresh sushi, with good flavours and texture, nothing to fault, but neither sparkling nor meriting a return visit.

As good as it was that they used sesame oil, one problem is that there is basically no customization aside from your base and fish.
Sweetfish Poke stands out in terms of freshness, and some variety. But it probably needs to do something to differentiate with all the other Poke Bowl shops out there, which is fast going to become one too many.
