Seoul Jjimdak is our go-to Korean restaurant in Singapore for Budae Jjigae and authentic Chicken Jjjimdak.
Jjimdak is largely a sharing dish which originated from Andong, made with chicken and various vegetables marinated in a spicy Korean ganjang (soy sauce) based sauce.
