Here's the location.
Lebanon is a modern contemporary restaurant that serves an interesting spread of Arabic cuisine. The casual fine dining restaurant opened in 2000 was located along Jalan Batu Ferringhi, Penang before moving to Tanjung Bungah.
We ended up at Tarbush for lunch today, where I opted for this grilled pomfret with rice above. It was delicious. The skin was crispy, the meat was tender, and the fluffy rice was buttered up so nicely that I had to force myself to stop eating it. I should come here more often.
Reasons to visit Byblos TREC KL: the freshest of ingredients; everything including bread and pastries are made in-house from scratch; an extraordinary number of vegetarian dishes; my personal favourites are the Hummus with Nuts, Shakshouka and Grilled Fish; cheese lovers should be sure to give the Shanklish – Lebanese Roquefort – a try.
Reasons to visit: Feast yourself silly on a range of mezze platters, including traditional dips with breads, fatayers, falafels and anything with lamb. Simply good food, traditionally made, with very reasonable prices. For the adventurous souls try the nayyeh with garlic paste and wash it all down with some Arak. Kesah!
